I know a lot of people that are going through some tough times right now. It's hard to feel grateful for stressful situations, and I don't want to downplay the seriousness and the hardships people go through. I'm only asking that for a moment you look at the problem differently so that you can RELEASE a tiny amount of the pain. As you know, any little bit helps.

Adversity gives you knowledge, clarity on what you want (by showing you what you don't), and the ability to adapt or be flexible.
It makes you change and can make you more loving, patient, and understanding.
It brings out the resourcefulness in you.
Without it, you'd never know how it feels to be resilient.
Adversity forces you to unleash the strength you never knew you had.
