Build Your Belief in Yourself

Look back at the struggles that you overcame in life. Instead of viewing them as struggles, recognize them as some of your biggest achievements. Write them down. Now, remember that you survived them and you will get through whatever you are going through now. Build your belief in yourself.

We should look at overcoming our struggles as achievements? I know this sounds wrong, but we need a new perspective on our struggles. Even if the struggle was of our own making (it's ok if it was), we found a way out of it because we're here today. We got through them, we overcame them, and we survived them. So why do we view them as a negative aspect in our life when we truly persevered? It doesn't make sense. Achievements aren't only the goals you set out for yourself. Getting through tough times requires strength, courage, and resilience. We don't recognize these qualities in ourselves. We don't give ourselves enough credit, and this lowers our self-confidence. Let's change this by changing our perspective; we deserve it.

Build your belief in yourself. You got this.
