Create Time for You

We all want more time to do the things we love, but we believe that we don't have enough time in a day. Instead of filling our minds with how much time we don't have, let's take back control of our time.

The first thing we need to do is make more time for play. Play will help us be more productive, stress less, and invigorate us. When you make time for the things you genuinely love, then we get an extra boost in our life. Research shows that happier people are more productive. So make time to do things that make you happy!

However, let's be clear. Doing things that bring you joy is not getting wasted, watching tv, or scrolling through social media to avoid life. It's those things that we wish we had time to do for ourselves. Make time for that type of stuff and your life will be a little bit lighter and that lightness will affect all other areas of your life.

Start with small increments during the week and take back control over your time.

Make you a priority, and the rest of your life will flourish.
