Who really enjoys scrolling on our phones? We do it to pass the time. Instead, let's take that time and start learning more about ourselves.

When you have time that is free from thinking about your to-do list, you'll be surprised at the insight you receive about yourself and the issues you are facing.

It can be awkward to be by yourself, but when you start to enjoying time with yourself, you gain a new freedom in life. You're free of needing others to make you feel better. Moreover, it helps others around you because it takes the responsibility away from them to entertain you and make you happy. Sounds silly, but it's true. When you don't need them to do that you have less drama because you won't be upset if they don't have time for you. You will be able to fulfill yourself.

Being able to fulfill yourself is true self-reliance.
