How many of you have felt lost, stuck, or didn't know how you were going to get through a situation? I'm sure that all of us have felt this way numerous times in our lives. I have felt all of these things at different moments. Sometimes I used to feel like there was no way out or that I wouldn't get through something. But I am still here and so are you. Now I know that there's always a way. So when I encounter another situation, I always remind myself that there's a way. It helps me relax a little bit. Believing is half the battle. If we think that there isn't a way out, how will that help us move forward?
Think about it this way, not knowing the solution causes us stress. However, when we know there's a way, we reduce some of the pressure. When we take some of the pressure off of ourselves, our minds are more clear, and we're open to finding the solution.
Think about your past; you have persevered through a lot. There's always a way. Trust yourselves and believe that you will find it. That's the first step.
You're capable of more than you realize. Have faith in yourself!
I love you all!
