Write Down Your Work Accomplishments

Take time to write down what you accomplished at work in 2018. Think about the projects you completed, the people you helped, how creative you were, how reliable you were, the efficiencies you created, the fires you put out, what you learned, and the struggles you overcame. Use your past accomplishments as fuel for what you want to achieve in 2019. Look back and see your power.

Who wants to look back? Many of you want to forget 2018, but you did accomplish things, I know you did. You need to look for it. Every year I take a look back. I actually do it each month. I encourage you to take 15-30 minutes this week and see what you have accomplished at work in 2018. We all want to be better this year, but if we don't look back, we'll never understand how far we have come. You need to because it will show you how much you're capable of and it'll give you the energy to go out there and achieve more. Write your accomplishments down and sit with that feeling for a few minutes. You deserve it.
