The Goal is to Accept Yourself at ALL Moments

Hey everyone, this week I am going to start giving weekly challenges that help you develop your mindset. There will be four posts throughout the week: the first one is a simple reminder or thought that helps inspire you and then there will be three challenges during the week that help you in business, life, and spirituality. Some of it may resonate with you and some of it may not. All I ask is that you think about it. If it does resonate with you, try it out and institute into your actions and thoughts. This is how I helped myself develop my emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a positive mindset and now I am happy to share it with you. Enjoy!

Today's thought is a reminder not to beat up on ourselves for our pasts. I see a lot of people grow and say "I should have known better.." I have said this many times. But we need to remember who we were in the past was fine and we needed our experiences to become who we are now. So give your past selves a break and remember they were just as awesome as the person you are now. Plus if we start accepting who we were in the past, we will accept ourselves more in the present.
