Know Your Positive Triggers

Positive triggers? We are in a world where we're focused on what negatively triggers us. This can be a great tool because we're identifying our emotions. While this is valuable, don't you think it's essential also to identify what triggers us in a positive way? What do you think will start happening if every day you look for more of those moments that make you smile, bring you relief, satisfaction, or joy?

It doesn't have to be over the top joy or happiness; it's the small things like a good workout, great conversation, or good weather. Good things are happening to us all the time, and we have to recognize it. If we don't, then we feel insecure, unhappy, unfulfilled, and the list goes on.

Also, there have been many times I have asked people what makes them happy. You would be surprised at the number of people that tell me "I don't know." Let's start observing our positive triggers and then we can identify the unique things that make us happy.

When we know our positive triggers, we know where to turn to when we need to uplift ourselves.
