Reflect on How You Work

Who has the time to reflect on our work? I know we're busy, but there's always room to be better at our work. If we don't take time to assess how we work, then we're missing out on opportunities. Take 15-30 minutes to ponder how you can improve your processes, fix conflict, and always work on your attitude. When you take time to review HOW you work, remember to also acknowledge and appreciate yourself for making an effort to improve. That's as important as the work itself.
